杨洋，女，1987年7月生，中共党员。2022年毕业于韩国世宗大学，取得旅游管理学博士学位。2022年7月入职宝鸡文理学院历史文化与旅游学院，主要从事旅游管理、文化产业管理专业教学与研究有关工作。讲授《会展营销》 《文化项目策划与管理》等课程。

主要研究方向为游客行为、目的地主客关系、VFR旅游。
